Scheduling decisions
The system enables improved scheduling decisions to be taken. For example:
- Do we have the right staffing at each daypart for the predicted customer levels?
- How good are we at reacting to changing customer levels?
- Should more staff be moved between departments?
- Do we have the right mix between Overtime and Lieu time?
- Are we scheduling bank holidays most efficiently?
- Do we have the right balance between casual and permanent staff?
- Are we going to have large holiday and lieu balances at the year end?
- Do we have legislative exposure? (eg working time directive)
