Engaging and retaining volunteers made easier through Eproductive’s Team

Volunteer retention is of paramount importance for charities, and the issue has been garnering increasing attention in the charity press of late. The Guardian Voluntary recently alluded to the difficulties of keeping volunteers in an organisation in its advisory piece, ‘How to engage and retain your volunteers in your charity work’. Advice included meeting a volunteer face to face, ensuring a volunteer understands his or her role fully and – critically – saying thank you.
