EPR Touch rollouts continue apace in 2022
2022 has got off to a busy start for the EPR team as three clients have upgraded to our EPR Touch solution since the beginning of the new year.
The EPR Touch package includes the Touch till, integrated Retail Gift Aid, digital donor sign-up on tablets, the backroom ‘Hub’, and a wide-ranging reporting suite.
The rollout of EPR Touch involves thorough but easy-going training for shop staff and Area Managers by Sarah Preston (Head of Client Services – Charities) and Karen Barford (EPR Touch Administrator), who demonstrate how to fully utilise the tills, how Retail Gift Aid donors can be registered on the tablets, how to print Gift Aid labels for donated bags and items in the backroom using the Hubs, and plenty more.
The clients who have recently upgraded are Katharine House Hospice, Banbury (with 6 shops), Claire House Children’s Hospice (with 15 shops in and around Liverpool), and Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch & Wyre Forest (with 7 shops).
Sarah said: “We are delighted that our clients continue to upgrade to our EPR Touch package across their shops. The fact that it is all integrated makes things even easier and more streamlined for the charities. The training we have done with these three clients has been really well received, and all of the teams are looking forward to making the most of our system and our Touch tills.”
