Eproductive has busy summer of upgrading clients to EPR Touch

Over the last few months, the Eproductive team has been busy upgrading current clients to our EPR Touch package, which includes the Touch till, integrated Retail Gift Aid, digital donor sign-up, our unique sort room ‘Hub’, the Supporter App, and a comprehensive reporting suite.

The clients who have upgraded recently are Guild Care, Priscilla Bacon Hospice, and Sobell House Hospice.

The rollout of EPR Touch includes training for shop staff, management and support teams by Head of Client Services – Charities, Sarah Preston, and EPR Touch Administrator, Karen Barford, where they are shown how to make the most of the tills, how to sign up Retail Gift Aid donors on tablets, how to print Gift Aid labels in the backroom with Hubs, and much more.

Sarah said: “It has been wonderful getting these clients upgraded to EPR Touch, which can make the shops’ processes even more easy, straightforward and efficient. The training has gone really well – everyone we’ve shown the EPR Touch package to is really excited about using it and they see that it will make a big difference to their operations.”

Chief Executive Chris Cowls MBE added: “I’m delighted that so many of our clients are moving over to EPR Touch. It is so important to us as a company that we don’t just focus on winning new clients and providing them with our EPR Touch solution, but we ensure that our current clients are getting the best we have to offer as well.”
