Eproductive shines out at HOSPACE
The annual HOSPACE conference and exhibition was held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel for the first time this year. The Eproductive stand received a lot of attention and the EPS team was well represented by Project Manager Janet Gray and Client Support Manager Nancy Weatherson (pictured). Additionally, Eproductive’s CEO Chris Cowls presented a workshop on the impact of Brexit on hotel staffing, alongside Professor Andrew Lockwood of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Surrey (where Chris is a visiting Professor).
The study is based on anonymised data from several of Eproductive’s clients who agreed that their data could be analysed. The nationalities of all staff in the 85 hotels in the study were reviewed from a year before the UK’s referendum in June 2016 to year after.
