Eproductive’s Nancy Weatherson helps out at Michels & Taylor

Michels & Taylor Hotel Management recently held their General Manager’s conference at the Best Western Stoke-on-Trent Moat House hotel and asked Nancy Weatherson, Eproductive Client Support Manager, for her assistance.

The result was a two-hour workshop where Nancy took the GMs through the opportunities that EPS gives them for improving performance in their people management.

Michels & Taylor has been using EPS for over 2 years with now 14 of the hotels (with more to be added soon) that the company manages on behalf of owners on the system.
