EPS supports Valor with expanded UK portfolio

EPS is pleased to be the official system supplier across all UK-based Valor Hospitality managed hotels, including its newly acquired properties following its expansion earlier in 2021.

Valor was recently appointed to manage 17 additional hotels, including 15 Holiday Inns and two Crowne Plazas, all of which will be operating under EPS’ staff scheduling system.

EPS is utilised by a range of hotels, from standalone properties to some of the most well-known hotel groups and management companies. Created with hospitality businesses in mind, the system provides full control of cost and performance of staff.

EPS has been supporting Valor for 15 years, providing all people management services, including staff scheduling and integrating Valor’s third party payroll system. EPS understands that for Valor, its people are the bedrock to the company’s success, and by offering an integrated, user-friendly app, staff are able to keep on top of shift changes, share rotas, and manage holiday requests seamlessly.

Ann De Cruz for EPS has visited each new hotel to deliver system training to its teams and has followed up with online webinars and videos. She says: “The hotels have been so welcoming and accommodating, making my job much easier. Both management and staff have taken to EPS very well.”
