The Mary Stevens Hospice upgrades to EPR Touch
Eproductive has been proud to work with The Mary Stevens Hospice for the last 14 years, first providing them with a Gift Aid system and then an EPOS system.
The EPR team is delighted to continue working with them now that they have upgraded all of their shops to the EPR Touch package.
Joanne Blackmore, manager of the Blackheath shop, said: “The new tills are so simple to use, the departments are easy to find, and if any mistakes are made, they are easily corrected.”
Debbie Haynes, Retail Administrator at The Mary Stevens Hospice, said:
“The new tills are a real asset to the shop – being able to record Gift Aid donations, check details, and print bag labels make for quick and efficient customer service.
“Refunds, voids, searching transactions, correcting mistakes, or simply printing a copy receipt, are so easy on these tills.
“Now we have weekly sales reports emailed to us, which means we can monitor our sales to space, Gift Aid conversion, and more. I’m so pleased the company decided to move forward with the new tills.”
